A typical scheduled walkie stacker service includes:
Inspection of the drive, castor and load wheels.
Checking of all lights and wiring.
Checking of braking and acceleration.
Inspection and testing of limit switches and cut-out switches.
Checking of the steering system.
Examination of the mast bearings and tilt cylinders.
Check, Test and Cleaning the battery and terminals.
Testing of the charger to ensure correct operation and output.
Checking of body, load guard and mast structure.
Check and lubrication of mast and chains.
Inspection Hydraulic hoses and fittings.
And finally test drive the unit to ensure its working exactly as its supposed to.
Typically a walkie stacker service should last approx 1 hour to complete, depending on size and age.
