Our office looks after the supply needs of several hospitals in the district. Task have satisfied our previous requirements and the process involved in this latest purchase of the Boa was again another uncomplicated and pleasant experience. Our needs were professionally and personally assessed. The selected unit was personally delivered by Mark who provided all relevant staff with a thorough insight into the operational features.

I first met Fred (The Forklift) 3 years ago when I joined Cards Only P/L. He was already quite a few years old but thanks to Task and their prompt maintenance he remained a faithful and important part of our business up until 3 months ago, when the boss decided that we should retire Fred. Without a second thought, I immediately contacted Task and explained the situation and by the end of that day a test drive had been arranged with a new forklift, a BOA/1000. After a successful test drive, an order was placed for our new Fred.

At this stage we were still waiting for other companies to return our initial call! Whilst waiting for the new BOA/1000 to be built and delivered, Task provided a forklift on loan for our use. The new BOA/1000 was subsequently delivered on time as promised. We continue to be extremely impressed with Task’s efficient sales and after sales service.

AUS PC MARKET had been using a PDS 1.5-4.5 for many years. When the company relocated they bought a HDR 2.0-6.0. Alan is very happy with the machine and after sales service and made comment on how the machine is so responsive and easy to use. Alan says the old PDS never let him down and is confident that the new HDR will be even better.

We had very little experience of forklifts. Task came to our site and very quickly highlighted some problems that we would encounter with a standard unit. Sumi were able to manufacture a new unit in Adelaide that would meet all the criteria for our complex materials handling needs, and the nice finishing touch was it came with our company name and logo. Task made this project smooth and easy for us.
