Designed for ultimate flexibility
The new SUMI by OSKO VIPER is built tough in Australia for Australian conditions and is ideal for a wide variety of temperature extremes, from the tropics to low temperature coldrooms. Tough and dependable, the VIPER is available with 1500kg and 2000kg capacities, fitted with 2-stage or 3-stage masts providing lift heights from 2.5 to 6 metres.
With Power Steering and VTC ( Variable Total Control ) Hydraulics VIPER has infinitely variable control of lift & lower, tilt and reach, making heavy loading and unloading a breeze including skids, stillages and palletised loads.
The super heavy duty pantograph reach mechanism extends 600mm and includes integral tilt movement of six degrees backward and three degrees forward for easier and safer load handling.
The 24Volt system is powered by a 290AH or 511AH Traction Battery.
The ignition system features Key locking and both the Electronics and Hydraulics on the SUMI by OSKO VIPER are overload protected.

Laser Lock technology
The new “Brilliant by Design“ chassis incorporates the latest “Laser Lock” technology. Cut from Australian made steel by computer controlled precision lasers, the interlock chassis is so strong it comes with a lifetime warranty.
Safe and easy to handle
The VIPER function controls are integrated into either the dash mounted joysticks or the new style DURA control handle. Mounted on a short tiller arm directly over the transmission the operator is positioned as close as possible to all the controls. Power steering allows accurate and precise control of the truck with minimum effort. Forward and reverse, lift and lower, deadman braking, horn, slow speed and belly button safety reversing switch are all incorporated in the control handle. Lift & Lower, Reach, Tilt and Side Shift (if fitted) are all easily operated via the joystick controls.
Quiet and powerful
Drive train in the VIPER model is via the latest ZF transmission, combined with the new ADVANCED SepEx motor and SepEx control system providing smooth acceleration and energy saving dynamic braking. Travel speeds are virtually constant even when driving up or down an incline, regardless of the load.
