The Mamba is a powerful pedestrian pallet truck that will handle a wide range of loads and works well in many varied environments, particularly with the added benefit of 100mm lifting ability. The MAMBA’s 24V system is powered by a 210AH Traction Battery and is supplied with its own stand alone Smart Charger.

 

Both MAMBA models are fitted with the following features:


Drive train and steering

Heavy Duty SepEx 24V DC Drive Motor with sealed bearings provides a powerful traction system and the Super Quiet Direct Drive Transmission with large roller bearing is oiled for life.

The SepEx control system provides smooth acceleration and energy saving dynamic braking.

  • The drive motor, transmission, brakes and drive wheel are coupled to the all new Control Handle.
  • The complete Drive and Steering system is securely mounted within the all steel chassis for maximum protection.

Structural

  • The power section is of heavy duty construction, for maximum durability.
  • The fork carriage is an integrally welded unit with robust, heavy duty channelled forks and reinforced fork tips.
  • Easily accessible lubrication points provide easy preventive maintenance for greater reliability and longer service life.

Hydraulic system

  • Built in pressure relief valve protects the system from overloads.
  • A heavy duty gear pump assures smooth and quiet lift and lower performance with minimal power consumption.

Electrical system

  • 24V system is powered by two 70AH maintenance free batteries in the MINI MAMBA 1.3 and a 210 AH Traction Battery in the MAMBA 2.0.
  • The Curtis SepEx transistorized programmable Control System with Multimode allows infinite control of machine functions.
  • Benefits include smooth speed response, increased usable battery energy per charge, extended motor life and regenerative braking.
  • Multimode allows parameters for acceleration, speed, deceleration, braking rate and current limits to be programmed for both operating modes.
  • Easy reach Key Lock Ignition and emergency Power OFF.
  • Forward / Reverse Direction, Horn and Lift / Lower Controls are housed in the new Control Handle.
