A low step provides easy access to the ergonomically designed driving position. The adjustable steering column and seat ensure optimum driving comfort.

CHASSIS

Fully enclosed chassis frame houses the drive motors protecting them and the hydraulic components against water and dirt.

MOTORS

Front wheel drive through two drive motors incorporated in the compact axle manufactured by ZF offer outstanding acceleration, climbing ability and traction power. SEM drive motor provides advanced control features and the ZAPI controller controls travelling, lifting, tilting and steering action.

The J Series incorporates three independent braking systems.

STEERING

The on demand hydraulic power steering, combined with the drive motor system, gives superb manoeuvrability with low noise level and low energy consumption. Minimal steering force is required enhancing driver comfort.

CONTROLLER

ZAPI made high frequency controller incorporates a powerful microprocessor combined with the MOSFET power electronics controls the truck movements. This gives precise, high energy efficiency and low noise from smooth sensitive inching to powerful acceleration and regenerative braking.

Separate continuous control of each drive motor enables the inner wheel to slow or even counter rotate when necessary, resulting in smooth turning.

The new controller also offers sophisticated communication and built in diagnostics to reduce downtime. All electronics are housed in the main chassis to protect them from external damage.
